On May 10, the Air France Golf World Tour took place in Bogotá’s Country Club, an event which the French airline organizes in 19 countries around the world in order to strengthen relationships with its frequent flyers of Flying Blue program, VIP clients, presidents and senior executives of French and national companies and members of the diplomatic community. The third version of the Colombian tournament, in which 108 players took part, was organized by Lure Media, sponsored by renowned French brands Sofitel, Perrier and Peugeot; and national and international brands Goddard Catering, StarBox, Diageo, Grolsch and Magazine TeeOne.
The players were competing for two spots to represent Colombia (all expenses paid for them and a companion) in the International Final of the Pro-Am Air France, set to be played in two of Paris’s best golf courses: the Golf National and the Saint Cloud Golf Club. The winners, who will be making their way to the French capital, were Epifanio Rojas and Daniel Gómez. All the participants were included in a draw for two return tickets to Paris with Air France, while various other prizes were handed out, including luggage sets.
