For over 35 years, Myriam Camhi has been spoiling us with her patisserie of sweet and savory delights. It’s the use of family recipes that are most probably the secret behind her success. Today, there are eight stores that sweeten up the lives of many ‘bogotanos’ with sticky dates, chocoflan, a chocolate symphony, and the oreo and guava cheesecake (but also the wonderfully surprising spinach and mushroom quiche to start with). With over 700 recipes including tarts, cookies and other baked goods and cakes, over 40 pastry chefs help this family business put smiles on faces.
