Open spaces, hip, industrial design and a machine-like setting in which the restaurant is staged. It’s all about local cuisine at Alimentación General, serving simple – and perfectly prepared – dishes using only the finest quality of ingredients. The real standout here is the rotisserie chicken but there are also lots of platters and dishes to share. Particular attention has been paid to the drinks menu that has a stellar list of cocktails and even homemade soft drinks.
